Meat:
•1½ LBS Chicken-(Breast or thighs) •2 Large Eggs. •1 tsp Salt
•¼ tsp Black Pepper •½ Cup Corn Starch
•½ Cup All-Purpose Flour •2 Cloves Garlic-(minced or chopped)
•1 Large Shallot •2 Cup Fry Oil

Garnish-
•Sesame Seeds •Green onion.
