Suno - Light It Up

This is another one of my early Suno creations I did while reminiscing about how much I hated going to school as a child, and how much I wished there were more anti-school songs than just the snotty little parodies we kids used to make of various well-known songs (mostly Christmas songs, e.g. "Fill The Halls With Gasoline" and "Joy To The World, The Teacher's Dead") whenever we were in a more creative mood. Since most of my elementary school days were during the 1980s, I figured the music's style should be from the 1980s too. As usual, Suno insisted on unauthorized repetition of verses, but fortunately only of the ones at the end so that this sounded kinda like it was the song's extended cut.

Lyrics:
[Verse 1]
Little boy so small
Walking down the hall.
Teachers lookin' mean;
Every day a bad scene.

[Verse 2]
Bullies on his back,
Lunchroom's out of whack.
Books, they weigh him down;
Laughter as he frowns.

[Chorus]
Burn, burn down the school!
No more playin' by their rules!
Light it up, light it high;
Watch the flames touch the sky...

[Verse 3]
Homework every night,
Nothing ever right.
Principal's a scream:
Life feels like a bad dream;

[Bridge]
But now he’s on a tear;
Smoke fills up the air!
Freedom’s on his mind;
Leaving all the pain behind...

[Chorus]
Burn, burn down the school!
No more playin' by their rules!
Light it up, light it high;
Watch the flames touch the sky...

[Instrumental]
[Repeat Bridge & Chorus]
