So we build habits just like Pavlo's dog. There's some trigger. We do some, we jump through some hoop, we do some clapping monkey thing and then we get some dopamine head. You know, a lot of our brain works on autopilot, right? We walk, we talk, we move, we breathe. And anything the brain to conserve energy and to function better, anything you can put into that autopilot allows other higher brain functions. So it's part of that.
