- **4 hoagie rolls** (or sub rolls, lightly toasted)
- **4 slices provolone cheese** (or American/cheez whiz for an authentic Philly style)

### **🔪 Instructions:**
#### **1️⃣ Slice the Ribeye Steak:**
- **Freeze the ribeye for 30 minutes** to make slicing easier.
- Use a **sharp knife** to slice the steak as thin as possible.
#### **2️⃣ Sauté the Onions (and Peppers, if using):**
- Heat **butter and oil** in a large skillet over **medium heat**.
- Add **onions (and bell peppers, if using)** and cook for **5-7 minutes** until soft and slightly caramelized.
- Remove from the pan and set aside.

- In the same pan, increase heat to **high** and add the thinly sliced ribeye.
