This is No Lie. It worked for me in 2010. A friend of mine who was a retired spook gave me a baseball cap with an ICE emblem on it when I visited him in Arizona. I wore it from Arizona to Texas and back, and virtually every time I walked into a Circle K or any other convenience store, the wetbacks scattered like cockroaches when you turn the light on in a dark room. It had the effect of a "Come to Jesus Meeting." It was hilarious. It put the fear of God in every wetback from Tucson to Corpus Christi and back again. Of course, it helped that I was carrying a 9mm on my hip and a pair of handcuffs on my belt, too. I haven't found one exactly like the one pictured in the video, but there are several options, including T-shirts and caps.
