UN Security Council resolution: Rwandan support for m23 condemned for the first time

The UN Security Council has unanimously voted to condemn Rwanda's support of M23 fighters in the Democratic Republic of Congo for the first time.

It called on Kigali to immediately withdraw its soldiers from the DRC and urged an immediate ceasefire.
