Batman is 35 and has been homeless on the streets for 15 years. He says he has not been given any opportunity of Rapid Rehousing or any other tools from the state in the entire 15 years of being homeless. In 5 years he hopes to be able to have a large piece of land he can put several small trailers on to help many people get off the streets. Hear his story here:
