Does Jesus Have A God?

Jesus Christ willingly submits to the Father, yet this in no way diminishes His divinity. The Son and the Father are of the same divine essence, eternally co-existent, yet functionally distinct. The argument that Jesus has a God, therefore He is not God, is a shallow misunderstanding of the relationship within the Trinity. The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit exist in perfect unity, yet Jesus, in His role as the Son, humbles Himself without losing His divine status. Colossians 1:16 affirms that by Him all things were created—He Himself was not created but is the eternal Creator. To claim otherwise is to embrace contradiction.

John 1:1 - "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God."

Jesus is eternal and was not created; He is God.
Colossians 1:16 - "For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him."

Jesus is the Creator, not a created being.
Hebrews 1:3 - "The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word."

Jesus is not lesser than God but the full representation of His divine nature.
