BREAKING! Federal Judge in DC says the Second Amendment protects the acquisition of firearms!

In Sedita v. USA, Mr. Sedita was delayed/denied his ability to purchase a firearm (three times!). Did this violate the Second Amendment? A DC Federal District Judge says "maybe." But, importantly, the Judge says that the #secondamendment protects the buying of firearms! #NICS
