Privacy in the UK is gone. Can Bitcoin still save the UK?

In today’s episode, I had a nice chat with Jordan Walker. Jordan is the founder of the Bitcoin Collective, an organisation focused on educating and inspiring people about Bitcoin. He briefly shares his journey of how he got into Bitcoin, and how he came up with the idea for the Bitcoin Collective. The Bitcoin Collective aims to make Bitcoin accessible and understandable to a broad audience, particularly those who might not have a technical background. They achieve this through a weekly newsletter that delivers updates on Bitcoin in just five minutes, keeping subscribers informed without overwhelming them. Jordan also host The Bitcoin Collective Podcast, where he discusses Bitcoin-related news, and stories, often featuring guests from the Bitcoin community.

For today's episode we will also discuss recent events that occurred in the UK, with regarding privacy. Just last week, Apple has pulled its new data protection feature in the UK after pressure from the government. It means that eventually no UK customer data stored on iCloud will be encrypted, making it all accessible by Apple and shareable with law enforcement, IF, they have a warrant.
