So pleased to have Nicole Olson, social worker with UPMC Family Hospice on the podcast. I met Nicole during my mother’s difficult last days of her life. She was an incredible support along with the entire hospice team.

Besides Nicole’s life background being fascinating, she talks about the most important thing we can do to support our loved ones and ourselves during a death experience.

She explains that death is the one thing we all have in common and it is an opportunity to communicate and have closure. She has some beautiful wisdom and experiences to share.

I also share a very intimate last day moment with my Mom that was very special and it is forever etched in my heart. Tissues may be needed :)
