'Subject to the Jurisdiction Thereof': Birthright Citizenship and the Fourteenth Amendment - February 25, 2025

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution and Limited Government will held a hearing on Tuesday, February 25, 2025. The hearing, "'Subject to the Jurisdiction Thereof': Birthright Citizenship and the Fourteenth Amendment," examined the meaning of the Citizenship Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution and President Trump's recent Executive Order on birthright citizenship.
