Why is no one arresting anti-ICE groups bragging about stopping ICE?

Tom Homan talks a great game about the wrath of ICE and all that. However, there are anti-ICE groups patrolling the streets and I’m not seeing any arrests being made for impeding Federal law! What’s going on??
