Wisconsin Governor wants to change the term "mother" to "inseminated person?"

Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers made a proposal to change the term “mother” to “inseminated person” in state law. Firstly, "inseminated person" just sounds icky. Secondly, does that make the "father" "the inseminator?" Okay... that actually sounds pretty cool. Enjoy a brand new Double Shot.☕☕
