Old Ark Evolved.

There is a newer version of the game it's named Ark Ascended. A friend gifted me Ark on Steam a long time ago back when it was only TheIsland Map and ScorchedEarth Map. My friend bought a deal package that paid for all upcoming dlc's so I would have anything Wildcard Studio created in the future.

So I played for seven years and unofficially contributed to the game dynamics. I might also have been the original creator's incentive to make the game. We used to pow-wow on a forum called mmorpg.com and I was very adamant I wanted gaming to leave the themepark (WoW clone) era and advance into more realistic. Went on to elaborate wanted a more realistic immersive game even if it meant our characters sat on a toilet and went poo. That started a forum fight of the pro-poopers against the anti-poopers. Then I went on endlessly about wanting to ride or be a dragon. Now we are in the future from that past and this is the result.

IMO Ark came the closest to fulfilling my visions. Later, I nagged the Ark devs about implementing things like a decay timers etc. They listened. Colored dinos wasn't my idea but I fought for them brought scientific proof dinos were not boring gray/black. So I won in that the devs heard me again. I also reported the broken meshes on bronto when they fall from sky your char and dinos would get caught in the bront's mesh. The way we are teleported was changed. And meshes on the dinos were reworked. Because of my insistent reports and ideas. Also my idea to make a base inside a bubble which may have become the underwater base after the devs stretched my idea into it.

I got no credit for anything and people harass me in game and treat me like I'm a retard. Because I'm getting old my memory is going to crap I get the brunt of disdain. No one knows the game we play may not have existed or been as good as it is if it was not for me. And I'll die unk. As will many who also contributed.

It was my idea to create Ark Ascended to get the devs used to Unreal 5 and I cannot even play AA because my pc is to slow.
