Ladder: Reverse Squat Hop Scotch

Facing away from the ladder, Start with both feet outside the first rung. Then Squat with chest up toward the middle of the first rung. When coming out of the squat hop and land with a feet inside the second run then quickly to outside of same rung. This pattern is repeated along the length of the ladder. Concentrate on maintaining a low center of gravity, especially as the speed of the hops increase.
