FEMA DEI - The Dividing

This video gives an overview of the first step of any DEI initiative – the division of employees or customers into groups in order to determine the hierarchies of oppression and privileges. These divisions are represented in the FEMA Employee Resource Groups, or FERGs. This video will present an overview of these groups and what they do.
