Rare Earth Lesson

You have to wonder who in the White House has basic scientific knowledge enough to alert Mr. Trump of what "rare earth minerals" are. While Ukraine does have valued ores for some rare minerals and much more of common mineral ores, the "rare earth" category is under-represented in most of the European land mass. Maybe someone could drop this little video on his phone when he's busy playing golf.
