Shooting Aerial Targets Is Easy Actually

Watch how I learned to shoot hand thrown targets. I spent three 30-45 minute range sessions and a total of about 150 rounds of ammo to learn to shoot hand thrown aerial targets with a pistol. I'm not an expert at it yet, but I can do it.
