Game Studios Walking Back Ugly Female Characters | Another Victory for Gamers

Microsoft announced Fable will be delayed until 2026 while releasing some early gameplay footage, but many have noticed the lead female character has gotten a makeover.

Since the first footage of Fable was revealed, many gamers were pointing out that the lead female looked deliberately ugly, now it seems Microsoft has corrected that. For some time now western video game developers have seemed to deliberately make female characters ugly. Meanwhile female characters from eastern developers have looked attractive, while selling more games. It would appear western developers have started to take notice of this and are trying to correct course with some gamers calling this a victory.
