With changes in the industry, our office plays a more important role every single day. Only a few years ago, the “Technician to Admin Staff Ratio” was 4 technicians, for every 1 admin staff. Today, that ratio is 1:1. We need 1 admin staff for every technician that we have in the shop.
With that in mind, we wanted to take this opportunity to have a little fun with our office staff!
