Douglass Mackey was arrested and tried with "Conspiracy Against Rights" by the Department of Justice for tweeting a MEME that suggested a person could cast their vote by text. He was convicted by a jury and sentenced to 7 months prison time for this crime, based on an 1870 law that was meant to protect the voting rights of blacks.

Anyone with a brain realized it was a joke, but the Feds hated Douglass because of his support for Donald Trump.

In this candid conversation, Mackey discusses his experience with the justice system, why he didn't want (and hasn't received) a Presidential Pardon, and what comes next.
