Episode 602: Why do people die and from where does the sinner get life? Part 3

Hello everyone. In tonight's Bible study we look into the reason why humans die.

Here's a question for you. What does the scriptures mean by death? When God says that "in Adam ALL DIE", what does that mean? Is God simply speaking of physical death? If not, then what is God referring to?

Do you know? Oh my friend, it is so very important that you understand what God means by "die and death". If you guess, you will guess wrong, then every conclusion you make after that will also be wrong.

Your theology, that is to say, your incorrect knowledge will cause your wisdom, how you apply that knowledge to your life to be wrong. Then because your knowledge is incorrect and your wisdom is applied incorrectly, then your understanding will be darkened.

This will cause you to live a lifestyle in opposition to God's will. Now this is only one topic. Think about all the other topics that can be misunderstood and misapplied then you can understand how a believer can get in trouble with God and how an unbeliever will never know the truth.

Therefore, what does a sinner who is dead in trespasses and sins need to go to heaven? The dead sinner needs life.

How can the dead sinner ever get the life required to know God and go to heaven? He cannot.

Wait! What? You read that correctly. Let me ask you another question. If the dead sinner can pray a prayer, make a confession, repent, etc., by what power did the sinner get the life required to pray, confess, and repent? From where did the sinner get life?
