Drunk Woman Caught in the Ditch

Officers responded in reference to an accident reported. A caller advised that a vehicle crashed and was launched into the woods. The caller also advised that the two occupants (a male and a female) exited the vehicle and ran northbound from the accident.

Multiple units looked for the occupants. After a few minutes, two deputies located a suspect laying on the grass. The female suspect saw law enforcement and tried crawling into the ditch. She was detained in handcuffs and transported to the hospital. On the way, she became belligerent with the medics, pulled and tried to bite the officer’s wrist, and was kicking.
