The Terrifying Transition From Nice To Nightmare

On a quiet evening, officers responded to an ATM in reference to a homeless person who was sleeping inside the property. The incident was reported by an elderly woman who found the ATM door ajar and the male sleeping inside with open containers spread all around. The male exited the ATM and began setting camp on the park benches behind the property. Soon, EMS arrived on the scene and the officers even got the testimony of the initial caller. The male was charged with assault on a law enforcement officer and trespassing.
