It takes 2 minutes to feed your starter in the evening . 5 minutes the next morning to make the dough. Stretch and fold a few times then the dough does the work ! After 4-5 hours I form the loaf and park it in the fridge for 48 hrs . Then bake at 450 for 40-45 minutes . 20 minutes covered and 20-25 minutes uncovered or until internal temp is minimum of 200 degrees F.
