Merck, FDA knew Gardasil HPV vaccine was contaminated with DNA

What could be the impetus for a vaccine manufacturer and regulatory health agency to completely ignore the fact that a product is contaminated?

Probably nothing to do with money…

The highly lethal Gardasil shots were contaminated with plasmid DNA, causing POTS, and Merck along with the FDA knew about it but it was approved anyway.

Fortunately, this is all coming to light in a landmark lawsuit against Merck.
