New chemtrails (binary weapon) and tactic of spraying, BILL GATES?

It would appear from what I witnessed today that they are dropping a new substance on us.. Its chem trail for sure, but is dissipating very quick. More than once I witnessed 2 jets flying almost side by side, one with a short what looks to be contrail and the other is a more obvious chem trail... Is this a 2 part binary weapon?
