Fountain Fail. Kilz is not made for this so I am going to try Marine paint but I hit a snag.

Trying to save this garden fountain and about a year ago I painted it with Kilz but it didn't hold up but it is not made to be under water anyway. I am going to try some fancy marine coating and some sealant I use on headlamps. Power washed, scrubbed but the ball fell and it busted into bits but I was able to fix it. This is not my property so I may never see it work but anyway it's going to be alright.
