[Experiment Build] Umbra-Legatus / Constitution Hall Sweep 18-02-25 #Gameplay #Division2 #TomClancy

This is a build intended to make a run at the new Master difficulty Manhunt mission, but I'm just seeing how well it does in Heroic. The only question for me is if I replace Ninjabike Messenger Backpack for Memento.

I don't like using Memento because it makes all my builds feel the same, but that exotic is probably the best one to use for solo play in the Master mission. We'll see!

The reason why I'm possibly using Ninjabike backpack is the Legatus piece "Visionario" gives my pistol a 40 meter optimal range and Scorpio shotgun goes to 24 meters. Otherwise, if you don't care about range, then Memento should be used with Ceska (for damage +defense) or Motherly Love (for a super strong shield) or Coyote's Mask + Backpack w/ Unstoppable Force talent for higher damage.

Normally, I'd use a Striker variant on my main, but I felt like trying something different.
