Legendary actor Gene Hackman and his wife, Betsy Arakawa, were found dead in their Santa Fe, New Mexico home on Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2025. At a press conference providing updates to the investigation, a list of evidence was shared. It included the detail that Hackman's pacemaker recorded the last event recorded was on Feb. 17, with Sheriff Adam Mendoza saying it could very well have been Hackman's death date.
