After being somewhat of a dabbler in health, wellness and spirituality, a Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis in 2009 changed the trajectory of Liane’s life path and supercharged her commitment to the practices and protocols of self healing. Meditation and natural remedies became the focus. Diet and lifestyle followed. Ayurveda and yoga were not in the plan at the time. Yet, they have become the primary source of healing and insight in her life over the past few years. She is deeply grateful to her teachers of The Shakti School and her Shakti sisters for their role in her ongoing healing journey.

Liane holds a certification as a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher through The Greater Good Science Center of UC Berkley. She is a Holy Fire®️lll Usui/Karuna Reiki®️ Master. She provides one on one and group coaching as a certified Ayurveda Wellness Coach. Liane’s commitment is to support women in her community suffering from chronic pain, inflammation, autoimmune diagnosis and disconnection from their bodies. Her commitment to her community also includes facilitation of Women’s Circles and initiation of a Healers Community Circle.
