Common Law = Freedom, 10-14-24

Having been incorporated in 1871, the US Constitution was suspended and America became ruled by Maritime Law, also known as the Law of the Sea. The basis of our Constitution and Common Law goes all the way back to the Magna Carta in 1215. Under Common Law, if no harm was done, no law was broken.
