Empathy is a very good thing. But in the midst of hypocrisy it can be a difficult concept to hold on to. For so very many only a few years ago, this job loss scenario produced no empathy whatever from the pro-vaxx masses. Should we be jubilant as the vaxxed are dropping like flies? Absolutely not!! Should we mourn for those "government employees" who are receiving similar treatment now? Probably, but don't be surprised at the level of hesitation.
