Character Comparison

The maker of this video put together two FPV drone views, the first from a Russian drone operator and the second from a nearby Ukrainian drone operator. The location was the same with a small gap in timing. The first operator is closing in on a car with people fleeing from it on foot. They do not appear to be in uniform, so the operator hovers near the car where he sees other people still in the car, clearly dressed in civilian clothes. He pulls the drone abuptly up and continues on looking for targets. The second drone approaches the car and without hesitation closes in for the kill.
