Now the real fun starts! In this ITL the first Momo fruits go through the process of swabbing and cloning to make our next generation of cultures for the grow-along. This is focused on Momo fruits, but this is the standard process I follow when working basically any project. A quick method to prepare a microscope slide is also shared. Enjoy!
