Fremantle traffic sign that I saw being hit by car destroyed again. What are the odds?

At least six months ago I actually saw a Keep Right sign get hit by a car. Several weeks after that I noticed that it had been knocked over yet again. This was just after thongs and shorts had been placed nearby, clearly to gaslight me (see videos below). Yesterday I noticed that it had been knocked over a third time. If anyone thinks that this can all be explained by chance they must be stupid. Also note what happens at just after 4 mins in. Someone laughs loudly just as they pass the island where the traffic sign was located. Likely another part of the gaslighting.
