The people that the people that can actually look through the code and say, okay, well, this is not dying, right? Or this is, you know, redundant or this is too recursive or whatever the, those people are, are vanishing in the next 10 years. The, the people that have spent their entire life in their career building the code themselves that know it well are going to diminish and the people that are, are just like making sure it works. You would be surprised the amount of code that really fucking sucks that exists in like enterprise fucking software out there. I know I was tragically running the business off of it. But so that's the, that's the trend of every industry though, right? So in the early 2 in construction, they went through and they, they called all the old expensive guys and brought in a bunch of young kids and telecom, they're actually doing it right freaking now. Yeah. And it's like kind of the backside started about, I don't know, what do you think Steve? About six years ago, I'd say so about five, about five, six years ago. I think that's right on point. Yeah. So five, six years ago, all the old, um, all the old Cowboys that, that built this shit without a freaking script that knew what the hell they were doing, they got ran off and replaced by a bunch of kids that they didn't have to pay anything.
