The Wolf of Wall Street Calls Bitcoin "a Scam I Recognize" -- is he Right?

Jordan Belfort, the Wolf of Wall Street, calls bitcoin a scam, behaving exactly the same way that he operated in his Wall Street days to put worthless stocks on unsuspecting people. Is he correct, or does this only apply to alt coins?
