Former Bank get boost from MEDC

A project to turn a historic building in Gaylord into housing and commercial space is getting a financial boost from the state. The Revitalization and Placemaking Program through the Michigan Economic Development Corporation is committing $900,000 to the former Gaylord State Bank Building The three-story 50-year-old building on Main Street will have eight apartments consisting of two bedrooms and one bathroom each.
