That, of course, creates a major source of the problems that DOGE is rooting out when it comes to the expenditure of American taxpayer funds on all manner of things that if Congress actually had to vote on them, as opposed to these stupid and terrible continuing resolutions all the time, those things would get spiraled out in accordance with the demands of the voters. But that hasn't happened, so then you have to do something like DOGE in order to get any kind of change.”
