Recovery happens with intention. I avoided dealing with making the effort to detox & cleanse deeply due to whatever reasons I cannot fathom at this stage. Anyway, now that I have more fully surrendered to the inevitable process, due to avoiding all Rx, I had to face the music. Get back into the kitchen with the juicer. Learn to make a really simple salad. Get a home colonic board. Pull the enema bucket back out. Get going. So, that is my life these days. My husband is on the same program. We are in tandem. Grateful!
