30 Minute Full Body Workout
This morning was a fun one! It doesn't look like much on paper (at least not to my eyes), but that 3rd superset took me over 3 1/2 minutes to complete just one round. So, there's some attrition built into this one!
The workout started with a warmup superset:
Plié Squats with a Turnout (2 Sets, 12 Reps)
Kettlebell Squat with a Front Raise Hold at the Bottom (2 Sets, 6 reps)
From there I did a rotational pull/push cable exercise:
The Crusher (3 Sets, 5 Reps Each Side)
Then begins the attrition sets...
Superset 2:
Kneeling One Arm Kettlebell Swings (2 Sets, 6 Reps Each Side)
Standing One Arm Cable Rows (2 Sets, 8 Reps Each Side)
Superset 3:
Alternating One Arm Kettlebell Swings into Cossack Squat (2 Sets, 8 Reps Each Side)
Pushups with Banded Rotation (2 Sets, 8 Reps Each Side)
I was definitely happy to call this one done after that last set for sure!
