The powerful armed wing of the Jalisco-Cartel New Generation

The powerful armed wing of the Jalisco-Cartel New Generation, "Fuerzas Especiales Mencho" or "FEM" made an offensive attack on Zinapecuaro, Michoacan, with armored vehicles and mounted .50 caliber on the armored vehicles. The Fuerzas Especiales Mencho armed wing was founded by El Delta Maximo, and the fallen Miguel Angel Fernandez Valencia, "El M2". Both of the named individuals were given the task directly by CJNG Cartel founder, and supreme leader Nemesio Ruben Oseguera Cervantes, "Mencho" to conquer Michoacan, and eliminate Juan Jose Farias Alvarez, "El Abuelo Farias".

CJNG Cartel leader Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes reportedly agreed to an alliance with the infamous Los Viagras Cartel, among other criminal groups, now called Cartel Michoacan Nueva Generacion. This alliance has helped the Fuerzas Especiales Mencho criminal cell gain ground in Michoacan.
