Easy Rack of Lamb

This was delicious and easy!
Combine bread crumbs, chives, oregano
Rub lamb with mustard and apply crumb mixture
Sear in a hot skillet, remove to pan in a preheated 425 F oven
Roast about 35 minutes and let rest when done.
Slice between ribs and make a gravy with pan drippings!
