How did this get normalized?

Disclaimer: Calling for violence and murder is always wrong. This should be something that we all can agree on.

How did it become normal to casually call for violence against a president or presidential candidate without any consequences? You would think that both political parties would agree that calling for violence or worse against a president/presidential candidate or anybody really is morally wrong. There have already been multiple attempts on Trump's life. And people on TikTok are calling for more until they succeed. That's why they want, not me. They're also saying the same thing about Elon Musk and calling for violence against Trump supporters. So much for tolerance and acceptance. And where's the FBI? Those people calling for those things should face criminal charges. You could probably go on TikTok and find them if you search the right keywords.
