Hout Bay school bullying caught on camera

Bullying and violence at Hout Bay High School has reached untenable levels with parents and teachers appealing for a change in management of the school's School Governing Body. The Western Cape Education Department is investigating a recent incident where a pupil is seen assaulting another inside class.
