A 40-year-old native German man, identified as "Alexander S.", drove a Ford Fiesta into a crowd on Rosenmontag (Rose Monday), which was the culmination of the annual carnival season in Germany. He supposedly killed 2 and injured 11 others, then shot himself in the mouth with a gun that contained blank rounds (how can anyone believe such nonsense?). He was taken to the hospital by authorities and is said to be in stable condition. The crisis actor hero in this farce is Afzal Muhammad, a Muslim taxi driver who saved the day by using his taxi to divert the driver away from striking other pedestrians. The media stated that the driver, Alexander, was "mentally ill" and had previous convictions. One was for drunk driving; the other was for a "hate speech-related crime" in 2018 where he commented on a picture on Facebook, which was said to have been a politically motivated right-wing crime.
