Zelensky insinuated that Putin broke past agreements, but is he right?

During his ill-fated visit to the Oval office, Ukrainian president Volodimir Zelensky insinuated that Putin broke peace agreements signed in the past, that was a lie. All precious agreements were broken by Zelensky backed by the war mongers.
