Fugitive with OVER 80 CHARGES Caught on Camera

A Guest at the Super 8 Motel at 110 Traverse Rd, Newport News, VA 23601 was arrested today after call on police scanner about a unconscious and unresponsive person. Police, Fire and EMS respond. I find guy being questioned in the back of the motel and placed in handcuffs.
